FRENCH: basic questions

I am doing some exercises from good ol' Mauger handbook and I'm stuck at some basic stuff. I am trying to conjugate this phrase Écouter le professeur et regarder le tableau in an interrogative mood. I did it like this:

1. Est-ce que j'écoute le professeur et regarde le tableau? (or should it be: Est-ce que j'écoute le professeur et est-ce que je regarde le tableau?)
2. Écoutes-tu le professeur et regardes-tu le tableau?
3. Écoute-t-il le professeur et regarde-t-il le tableau? (is that -t- necessary in this case, as both verbs already contain 't' or 'd' sound at the end and would have been pronounced the same way without -t-, I think)

4. Écoutons-nous le professeur et regardons-nous le tableau?
5. Écoutez-vous le professeur et regardez-vous le tableau?
6. Écoutent-ils le professeur et regardent-ils le tableau?

Note: this is an old handbook, from 1953, so I'm trying to do it the old way.
