Mrs. or Missus

I have two characters speaking to one another. The second answers a question using only one word "Mrs." Should I leave it in its abbreviated form or go for the unabbreviated form of the word?

 "And you are?"
"Jane Smith."
"Miss?"
"Mrs."

or would it be:

"And you are?"
"Jane Smith."
"Miss?"
"Missus."
