French Keyboard Help

Bonjour à tous!

I have installed the French (France) keyboard onto my computer and am finally starting to get used to it. I am having a bit of trouble though when it comes to capitalization.

Could someone please explain, or give me a link to something that explains, how to type these capital letters:

é , à , ç , ù , è

Again, I downloaded the French (France) keyboard. The original layout of my keyboard is German in case that plays any kind of role.

Merci!

EDIT: After all of your wonderful tips I decided to switch over to the French Canadian keyboard. The main layout is basically the same as an American keyboard and it includes every accented letter in lower AND uppercase. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks so much again for all of you help.
