Hanzi help

Hi, a friend wants to buy a Legend of Korra shirt (below the cut) and would like to know if the characters used on the shirt are correct/mean anything. Help?

Larger version.

I know a bit of Mandarin, but I can't recognize the second hanzi at the top. The bottom is meant to say "tonight at 7", I think, but I'm not sure it's grammatically correct?
