Arabic handwriting

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good guides to arabic handwriting (specifically nastaliq)? I've searched everywhere and I can't find anything at all and it seems so strange to me since writing printed form is just so awkward at times.

If anyone can provide any resources (sites, books, anything) I would be very grateful!
