German Poster

I'm doing a presentation on World War 1 propaganda and came across this poster. It looks interesting, but appears to be written in an older script that I can't really make out, and therefore can't translate it. If there are any German speakers on here who can tell me what it says and provide an English translation I'd greatly appreciate it.
