Mandarin pronunciation

Hey there

Can anyone help me in non-complex way, how to pronounce the following-

sh -  ʂ
x - ɕ
zh - tʂ
j - tɕ
ch - tʂʰ
q - tɕʰ

I cannot hear the difference between  ʂ/ɕ, tʂ/tɕ or tʂʰ and tɕʰ. I've just started to study Mandarin Chinese and these sounds are quite difficult for me.

Thanks in advanec!
