主任, 经理, 主管, 阔人

I was translating the script of a chinese tv program and at a certain point the speaker says something about the different "posts" in a company. the passage is the following:

这个小资是底层，如果你能升一步，能当主任了，那就不错了，马上有6000了，再往
上升就是经理一级了，那是8000了，再往上那就是主管，主管可能就是月入过万，你
还再往上升那就不是中产阶级了，还是比较富裕的，甚至是阔人，是富人了，那个就
是可望不可及。
How would you translate the words 主任, 经理, 主管, 阔人? I've always translated them roughly as "director", "manager", "general manager" and "boss", assuming chinese used them roughly too.
Any suggestion?
