Recs for a good Arabic-English dictionary for Arabic speaker

My Arabic-speaking neighbour is desperately wanting a hard-copy Arabic-English dictionary in order to learn more English. She does not have constant internet access, so we are not looking for online sources.

What would be a good, easy-to-use Arabic-English dictionary for someone who speaks and reads Arabic fluently but is not very good at English? ETA: If the dictionary translates both ways (Arabic to English AND English to Arabic), even better! /ETA

So far I have looked at:
-- Arabic-English Dictionary: The Hans Wehr Dictionary of Modern Written Arabic
-- Al Mawrid Al Waseet : A Concise Arabic to English Dictionary (Arabic-English)

Thank you in advance!
