Help with a travel issue

I recently purchased train tickets from a German company, but my plans have now changed. While most of their site is available in English, which is how I made the purchase, the terms and conditions are only available in German.

Could a German speaker with a few minutes to spare look through the page at the link above and tell me if it says anything about a cancellation/refund policy?

Much obliged.
