French "domicile"

I need to enter my mailing address on a form in French. There is a required field labeled "domicile", in addition to the fields for the street address and postal code.

As far as I know, "domicile" means "place of residence", but that doesn't help me much. What's supposed to go in this field?

ETA: I just realized there's no other field for "city", so that's probably what this is. Correct?
