Sorry for the "not-particularly-language-related" question, but...

I'm looking for some punk music to listen to and wondered if anyone know of any Scandinavian punk banks? I've also been looking for some Albanian music, seeing as I've been trying to learn a bit of Albanian (a friend of my wife is living there currently).
I do have a concerning "ë". Is there any rule that pertains to when it is pronounced? and does is affect the preceding vowel sound in the word? That letter alone has been giving me fits!
