Borrowings from constructed languages?

The other day I learned about the Quenya word "lamatyave" (or should it be lámatyávë?) the meaning of which can be described as "taste for language" or "sense of language". It is remarkable that Google finds more occurences of that word in Cyrillic (ламатьявэ, ~1000) than in Latin (~630).

Wouldn't it be fun if the word makes it out of the Tolkien fandom into the general population (starting from people with lamatyave, of course)?

If it does, would it be the first borrowing from a constructed language?
