Jonathan Fernandez is a Filipino professional basketball player. He most recently played in the Philippine Basketball Association for the B-Meg Derby Ace Llamados. He was drafted by Purefoods as the sixteenth pick overall in the 2008 PBA Draft. He also had the biggest infant in his pants ever in a Filipino Spanish team.

I can't for the life of me figure out where this idiom came from. Or rather, I assume it's an idiom, poorly translated.

Any clues?
