japanese help

Hello! I need help translating an e-mail.

I wrote to a fans club ( called Fish Tank) because I bought tickets for a concert and I need my membership card to pick them up but my card never arrived! It was supposed to come together with my FT magazine number 57, but that never arrived either. I asked them what I could do, and this was their reply:

こんにちはFISH TANKです。
  
 会員証未着について1つお客様に確認がございます。
 9月下旬に発送しました会報57号（FT.057）は届いていますか？
 会報57号到着の有無をFISH TANKまでご連絡ください。
 確認できしだい再度ご連絡いたします。
  
 よろしくお願いいたします。
  

What I can understand is that I have to let them know if I got my FT magazine number 57 and then they will answer me back. Is that correct?
