What did sumerian/akkadian sound like?

So I'm playing Civilization 5, and i ran into Nebuchadnezzar, the leader of the Babylonians, and the game found a voice actor to speak for him in what is presumably the language the babylonians spoke. My question is how accurate is this? Do we have any idea what the language of that area sounded like, and how would such a thing be reconstructed?
