Yes, it's me!

Hi guys!

Could you use the phrase "Yes, it's me" in English, jokingly bragging about yourself? For example, is such a dialog possible:

"Hey, Julia, you are so smart!"
Julia (smiling i modestly):
"Yes, it's me!"

In Russian one would say:
- Юля, ты такая умная!
- Да, я такая!

And I'm also interested what expression one could use in Spanish in this context. "Eso es yo"?
