Hebrew translation

I've been trying to work this out on my own, but it's rather beyond my Hebrew skills, I guess. I'm looking for a translation of the phrase "A Guide to Reading Occult Symbols for Clueless Goyim, by X," or something along those lines. If you could translate it into both the Hebrew alphabet and romanized letters, I would be very grateful!
