Resources for Swedish

I've recently been interested in learning some Swedish, mainly for reading and listening. I'm looking for a good Swedish course. Something like "The New Penguin Russian Course" which is recommended by pretty much everyone learning Russian. In other words, not just a grammar but something that will guide me through Swedish.

So, is there anything you all could recommend? Hopefully it wouldn't be too expensive. It doesn't have to contain CDs. I mean, it would be nice, but CDs and cassettes really up the price of a product, so it's not necessary.

Does anyone know anything about the quality of this grammar/reader? Does anyone knows if it also serves as a course?

Thanks to you all in advance. :)
