So Chinese, but not tattoo related.

I just wanted to know which is correct grammar for saying Balanced Fire Dragon? Or rather for drawing it. I have the font for it, I just want to be grammatically correct for when I put it on my wall in my bedroom since I have a dragon theme going on. I was born in the year of the Fire Dragon according to Chinese Zodiac and I'm striving to be balanced.. So any help would be awesome.
