East Asian Language Support for Windows XP

A more complicated version of this post about Chinese and keyboards.

I set up my computer a while back so that I could read and input via keyboard Chinese and Japanese. Unfortunately, my computer recently had to be wiped clean and have the operating system reinstalled. Even more unfortunately, in the meantime we seem to have lost all the various CDs we owned to reinstall important things with.

So when I go to Control Panel and then Regional and Language Options, and I try to install the files for East Asian languages, I am told to insert the Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 CD, which I don't have.

Does anyone know of an alternate way that I can get and install the files, bypassing the CD?

Thanks!
