French double-meaning

I'm working on a bilingual pun, and I need a French word which traditionally has positive connotations and which would be suitable for naming something distinguished (like "Chateau X"), but which in modern colloquial usage can be used as an adjective to describe something bad/sick/ugly/generally negative. If there's no single word that fits the bill, then a pair of very similar sounding words would do. Any suggestions?
