A question for native speakers of Portuguese

I'm looking for native speakers of Portuguese (any variety!) who can tell what their intuitions are for the use of the following expressions:

O que
O que é que
O que que é (Brazilian?)
Que é
Que é que

What I'm wondering is, do you have any intuitions about contexts or emotions attached to the use of any of those expressions? For example, are there any forms that you would or wouldn't use in a certain situation? Are there any words that you would generally associate with the usage of one form over the other?

Obrigadão!
