Can anyone explain to me the difference between писание and написание? If I'm meaning to refer to the professional practice of writing (for a website design; one of the services offered is professional writing, meaning technical writing, journalism, opinion writing, and fiction writing all together), which would be more appropriate?

That is, if the menu for the website looks like this in English:
