two possessors?
in languages using possessive suffixes, like Hungarian, is it possible for a noun to have more than one possessor? i have to translate 'our comprehension of God' and all i can think about is a workabout 'the way we comprehend God'.
["hogy hogyan értjük az Istent"]
a similar problem is with the phrase 'my weekend' - "a hétvégém", where theoretically there are two possessive suffixes - the "-e" of the 3rd person Sg. [giving the meaning "its (week's) end"] and the "-m" of the 1st person Sg.
thank you. :)
