I plan to revise basic English grammar (syntax, prepositions, relative clauses, if-clauses type I & II, modal auxiliaries, etc.) over the holidays with my cousin & I'm looking for a good book with exercises to accompany the tutoring. His knowledge is rather poor, I don't know what he was doing the past 10 1/2 months - annoying his teachers, probably. Do you have any suggestions?

Edit: I'm from Germany, by the way.
