I recently stumbled across this hilarious (yet sad) video on youtube



Although I like sharing it for the hilarity of the scenario, I of course have a decent reason for posting it here. I am fairly convinced that she's speaking (shouting) Russian, however I am yet to have this confirmed. Could someone please tell me what language it is for certain, and tell me what on earth she's really saying.
