quick japanese question

A friend of mine is on the committee for a culture festival in Newport, RI, whose sister city is Shimoda in Japan (not sure if it's the one in Aomori or Shizuoka, though) and she wants to add a greeting in Japanese to the brochures. I suggested ニューポートへようこそ but she wants "Greetings to our good friends from Shimoda". For some reason, I'm having a major mental block and can't think of a good and polite equivalent to "greetings!". Any help?

Thanks!
