Mixing oral and written discourses?

There's a psycho-linguistic concept I'm thinking of and I'm damned if I can remember the name of it.

What's it called when you're writing about one thing (Topic A), talking about another (Topic B), and you find you've accidentally included words or ideas from your spoken conversation (B) in your writing (A)?

Example:
A: marking kids' work (I'm a teacher)
B: boyfriend asks what I want for dinner

I find myself writing "excellent potatoes" instead of "excellent work" on the poor kid's book.

Or am I the only one who does this?
