online language learning resources

Generally I prefer to learn languages in a classroom setting, but my university doesn't offer classes in everything I'm interested in...could you guys recommend any online and/or computer program-based language learning programs you have had good experiences with? I'm specifically looking for Korean and Tagalog. Thanks, guys!
