weather phenomenon 'Schafskälte' -- brrrr!

Well, I just learned a new word! Here in Germany we're experiencing the Schafskälte (German wiki), or Sheep's Cold. It is (or was; didn't see recent data) a fairly regular temperature drop occuring in central Europe at the beginning of June. The name comes from the poor sheep, who are regularly already shorn when the cold hits.
