I am looking for translation of a Russian word шпиговать to English.
Some online dictionaries give "lard" , but it doesn't seem to match well.
The main current meaning of шпиговать is to insert garlic or other additives in meat before cooking and more widely - to cut holes and insert things into something bigger. Like facts into head.
Specifically, I need that word for a procedure in experimental surgery, when many small objects are implanted into tissue.
Any ideas?
