requests for ipa charts

I've got a few odd requests for specific dialectical IPA charts similar to this one; I'm not sure if they actually exist or not.

First of all, I was wondering if there was a chart detailing southern New England/Rhode Island accented English or just a chart for the different dialects of American English.

Secondly, if someone could point me in the direction of a chart detailing the sounds of standard European Portuguese; my google-fu has failed me, sadly. Better yet (though I doubt there's one out there), if there happens to exist a chart detailing the sounds of Portuguese-accented American English, I'd love to see that.
