FRENCH LYRICS HELP!

My friend and I have been trying to find out the artist who has written a beautiful untitled song. The problem is, the lyrics are French and we have no idea who this can possibly be. Since neither of us speak French well enough to translate the text, this is why I ask for help...possibly if we know the lyrics, we will be able to find out what the song is called, who artist is, etc.
