Anyone here know where I can read Juan Jose Castelli's Proclamas? (1811) (English or Spanish)
We have it on blackboard for class, and I'm trying to study for my midterm, but it's really faded and impossible to read, for me at least. I'm having no luck anywhere.

If not, I'm sorry for a "do my homework"-like post, can someone tell me in a couple sentences what the piece entails? Internet isn't being helpful..Thanks..
