Just a simple clarification needed - I hope!

Is it sin berguenza or sin verguenza? I've seen it both ways on tv and in publications. I just want to know which is proper, if there is a proper one. Or does it not matter? If it doesn't matter, why not? Anyway, any help you can give is greatly appreciated. Thanks, folks!
