Mystery letters from Syria

Last year we got a letter from Syria, and I opened it because there was no name on the front of the envelope and I was curious. I promptly forgot all about it until today when I checked the mail and found another letter. I wonder if anyone on the internet could help me translate these, and help me write a letter back to the sender telling them that the person they're writing to doesn't live here any more?
