Mandarin Chinese via Rosetta Stone?

 Would studying Mandarin via Rosetta Stone (all three levels) allow me to get to an intermediate speaking level in short time? I'm still at a beginner's point in my Chinese studies - I can have a conversation but I can't go very deeply into it.
