Evening all!

Ever since that post on Tuấn Anh the other day, I have been researching and I found this video.



Is anyone able to transcribe and/or translate what he says in Vietnamese before "I love you for ever"?

Also interested in what he says in the first minute or so of this one, but specifically between 0:40 and 0:55 when he points down and talks to the audience!
