[insert language here] courses for foreigners at universities

Hello! I'm working on compiling a list of universities all over the world that have specialized study abroad courses in that country's respective language for foreigners. Most universities accept international students these days, but not quite as many have programs in *just* language study. I have a few friends interested in studying abroad to learn a language (And I would as well!) but since there's no catch-all search phrase for this, I was wondering if any of you knew of specific programs, so I have to spend less time going through the website for every university ever. Perhaps I'll compile the information into a website!

For example: I studied Chinese at Nankai University in Tianjin. We spent 4+ hours a day in class studying Mandarin, but weren't taking other classes or in a degree program. That sort of thing.
