Knife-maker

I'm translating a newsletter for the Canadian Knife-makers Guild into French, and right away I've hit a wall. I'm not sure how to translate "knife-maker" exactly. Is there a specific term for this, like there are with other artisan trades in French (chocolatière, ébéniste, etc), or is "fabricant de couteaux" okay? Thanks for any suggestions.
