Chinese Calendar?

Someone put up this calendar at our office at work. It's Chinese and I've been wondering for a week now what it says - my language skills concerning this are sadly beyond 'rather limited'. I need to study more.

So far, I've about identified three words and that's it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
