Japanese verbal tropes

There are tons of sentence-final particles in Japanese, and as far as I know these can be used to express personality in literature/pop culture media (e.g. Shin Chan ends his sentences with "da zo"...though I'm not sure what exactly the "zo" conveys).

Where can I find a comprehensive list of these particles and their meaning as tropes (a la Japanese sound effects and what they mean)?
