Medical Spanish help! (stress fracture)

What words do you know for a stress fracture that are not a) fractura de estrés b) fractura de stress or c) fractura de fatiga?

Is there anything I'm missing? My boyfriend was recently cleared of having one but now he can't remember what the doc said, and it's driving me bonkers. I googled "fractura leve" and everything else I could think of but I'm coming up empty-handed.
