Turkish

What materials do you recommend for learning a bit of Turkish? I teach english to a big bunch of Turkish students, and I hear it all the time and have picked up some words. I know the majority of the pronunciation and have a fair overview of how the grammar works (mainly to compare it to English grammar). I just want to do a casual brush up, because it would be fun to understand more than the odd word, and would help with my teaching. I don't mind textbooks full of technical grammar terms, my big hate is textbooks that oversimplify things because "you're only a beginner, and it's too difficult" and then leave you all at sea with genuine natural language. What materials do you recommend?
