Wording of return policies in French and German

The phrase I'm looking for is "I can only accept returns for faulty items" in French and German. I could come up with acceptable direct translations for that myself, but what I'm really looking for is what shops/receipts etc in France and Germany *actually* say for the same purpose. I sell photographs on a site that operates in French, English and German, and the wording style for commercial listings is rather different in each language, and I want to hit the right professional key in my wording of the return policy, so to speak.

So, in summary, what I'm looking for is the exact wording that is used on terms and conditions for returning goods in France and Germany, not a translation of the phrase I use in English.
