Chinese lyrics

So, I heard Cao Fang's "In Summer" on a GE commercial and liked her, so I bought an album. It's great, I love it. Only problem: I don't speak Chinese. I've tried looking up lyrics or lyric translations online, but I haven't had any luck.

I was wondering if anyone knew the words (in English) to the song "Meet Me" or "Encounter Me" (I've seen in translated both ways) from her album of the same title? Also, and I know this is a weird and silly request, but would it be at all possible for someone to write down phonetically what she is singing in Chinese so that I could sort of pretend to sing along?

Thanks!
