Learning Teaching

This isn't a question specifically about a language, but I figured that there are surely enough teachers in here who might be able to lead me in the right direction here.

Soon I will be taking a CELTA course and they recommended that we read "Learning Teaching" by J. Scrivener. I am really not in the position to be spending money right now at all and was wondering if anyone knew if this book could be read anywhere online or where it could be bought for, for lack of better words, dirt cheap. Or is there perhaps any website/pdf that I could read that gives similar information?

Thanks,
"Lilith"
