Russian Spam- curious

I was sent this Russian spam today, I know a small amount of touristy Russian, and it seems to be offering to sell me a hotel in Saint Petersburg (I'm not in the hotel business, and I've never had russian spam before, so it's quite odd). I can pick out a few bits from the text, but online translators for russian give me nothing but jumbled characters. What does it say? I'm curious about the opportunities to be a hotelier in St Petersburg I'm passing up on . . .
