Polish request

I recently bought a bottle of black currant syrup from a European bakery and the label is in Polish, which I unfortunately do not speak. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the following says. I think it might be a recipe or suggestion for use, and if so I'd like to try it! (I couldn't get the computer to do some of the accents, sorry). Thanks in advance :)

Zastosowanie: do sporzadzania napojów: 1 cz. syropu, 9 cz. wody oraz jako dodatek do deserów i koktajli. Syrop przechowywac w temperaturze pokojowej, chronic przed swiatlem. Po otwarciu przechowywac w lodówce.
