Polish request

I recently bought a bottle of black currant syrup from a European bakery and the label is in Polish, which I unfortunately do not speak. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the following says. I think it might be a recipe or suggestion for use, and if so I'd like to try it! (I couldn't get the computer to do some of the accents, sorry). Thanks in advance :)
